Happy Monday!
I am starting a new workout routine because you ladies know summer is around the corner, NOW I have to start eating more healthy. I am the worst at eating and specially breakfast, SOMETIMES I don't even eat breakfast because I am running late or I have so much to get done. Here is my favorite shake or smoothie. This smoothie will make you feel full the entire morning.
Recipe:
-1 banana
-Strawberries (I always freeze mine)
-1 teaspoon of honey
- Milk or Water
- Flaxseeds
