I know is Taco Tuesday, don't worry I will be having tacos for dinner. Today I wanted to share how to make homemade empanadas, I am Peruvian which means we have the best food in the whole word, if you haven't tried Peruvian food then you are missing out. I wanted to share a little of what I love to eat. Empanadas can have many different fillings for example: cheese, chicken, meat and etc... My mom, my brother and I filled them with cheese and meat.
