I have taking some time to do some youtube videos in my Spanish channel, I know every time I share a receipt you guys love it which makes me happy. Today I am going to share how I made my chia pudding, it is the most delicious breakfast ever!!!!!!!!
Firs things first it is super easy to make and only few ingredients which I am sure you have.
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings of choice
Step by Step:
1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container and mix until combined.
2. Cover the glass container with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
3. Uncover and enjoy from the glass container the next day. Thin with a little more milk, if desired
