What are the Benefits of eating avocados?


          Happy Thursday Everyone!
Lets talk about the benefits of eating avocados, I love eating avocados and yes we love our avocado toast but we do we really know what are the amazing benefits of eating avocados? 
I have avocados in different ways for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
-Quesadillas with guacamole its my favorite (that was my lunch yesterday)
- Avocado toast with my tea was my breakfast this morning.

Now lets talk about the benefits:

1. Eating avocados can help you loose weight  since avocados have fiber 
2.Avocados and prevent cancer 
3.Avocados can protect your eyes since it has great antioxidants 
4.Avocados can help can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels
5.Avocados have more potassium than bananas
6. Avocados have great vitamins  for example: Vitamin C,K,B5,B6,E
