Enjoying some healthy food that's what's all about, right now I am for sure learning how to eat healthy and to make it fun not just eating salads, eating healthy can be enjoying the yummy food that we love turning into something healthier with different options. So far I have lost 22 pounds between the last 3 months, at the beginning it was so hard to say no to chips, sodas and other food that I used to loved. I learned that I can still eat that but as a treat for me on the weekend. I don't enjoy soda anymore, well I will leave that for another post.
Today I am sharing how I made my own pizza zucchini bites they are very easy to make and the best thing is that is healthy and you will only need three ingredients, they are healthy snack for your family and even the littles ones will love it!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 Zucchinis (depends how much you will want to make)
- Tomate Sauce (I love this one because its sweet)
- Cheese (your favorite cheese)
Steps:
1.Wash your zucchini and cut it into slices, personally I don't like it so thick
2. Add the tomate sauce you can use a spoon to make it easier
3. Add the cheese
4. Place your tray in the oven
5. Cook for about 7-10 minutes
6. Enjoy it!!!!
